Holly batshit! I haven't read GEMINI yet but I've come undone by this book! Jake you are now my new book boyfriend!!

Nina aka Troll. Petite, long dirty blonde with a large blue eyes. She has a few phobias such as; elevators, planes and heights that led her a sheltered life. Nina is moving to NY to attend nursing school. She'll be sharing an apartment with her childhood friend Ryan with two roommates and Jake happens to be one of them...

Reality Show Scene Three, enter stage left: hot womanizing roommate. Then, came the three words that would change my life. “Hi, I’m Jake.”

Jake, the king of sexual innuendos. Tall, green eyes, tattooed arms, pierced, dark hair, mysterious and loves eating bananas! He's your typical delicious bad boy but smart, clever and on the inside. 

“Sometimes if you are willing to withstand a little pain in life, Nina, you might discover a pleasure that you never would have otherwise known existed.”

With Math being her worst subject, Jake offered to help Nina tutor her in  but there's a catch.. if she gets lower than A, she'll have to face one of her fears. This is where they started to become friends and over the time Nina couldn't help but develop an intense attraction to Jake. Both are opposite but they fit together somehow. The sexual tension between them was so thick you could cut it with a knife. But Jake is hiding something from her, something that is holding him back..

What are my fears?” He looked up at the sky, and his lip twitched as he pondered my question, then looked back at me. “Hurting people…like letting people I care about down. Stuff like that.”

I'll be honest, the cover got me on this one. Never heard of the author nor read any of her books so when I started reading Jake Undone, I kinda knew it's your cliche bad boy meets good girl story so I didn't put up any high expectation on this book. But the moment I read the prologue.. omg. I was a fuckin' goner and in that moment, I fell in love with Jake.

The house is fucking boring without you. Even sniffing your underwear hasn’t put me out of my funk. If I sniff this one five times, will you magically reappear?

Jake is one amazing character but I guess what really made me love him more is that he has a heart of gold. He's loyal and never stop wanting to help other people. Sure, he made a lot of mistakes (who doesn't?) and unfair decisions that made me want to smack him upside the head. But I also think that all these was necessary to make him feel more... real. (Sorry, I don't know if that's the right word I'm trying to put here)

But the sweet little things he did; making bat origami, poems, charmed bracelet and how he's insecure and unsure of himself made this book more special. Heck, even when he cried was so sexy and manly for me. I can go on and on how amazeballs he is but it would be more fun if you guys will discover it by yourself.

“I’m yours. I have never belonged to anyone before…but I know that I belong to you,”

I guess the only thing that "kinda" bothers me was in the end... (Please don't read if you haven't read the book yet) 

In the end, Jake will still continue to visit his ex wife every weekend. Even though she's an ex they still have some history together, so somehow the situation is quite disturbing. I don't mind if he helps with the financial needs but to visit her every weekend? EVERY.DAMN.WEEKEND? Uhm. No. :/

But if you look it the other way, I guess the ending made this book more believable. It didn't feel like other cliche NA books that everything was solve and they live happily ever after.

I didn't realize my review is already longer but overall this was a great read! I loved it and highly recommend this to anyone! I'm dying to read Skylar and Mitch story!!!! OMGEEEE!

My Thoughts

Good lord! I'm ready to shred my panties for CARTER REED! 

I was so excited to read this book!! First few chapters were engaging and I told myself..  

"wow.. this book is the shit!" But half way through the story it went down hill.. I was debating myself to either skim some pages or just drop this thing off my kindle!

The plot was interesting, love the mafia gangsta going on in the story. It has the right amount of sexiness, action, suspense and drama. In fact, everything was great, Carter Reed is an amazing character. The way the author describe him almost had me on a verge of orgasm! He's dangerous and sexy. He doesn't talk much but when he does it was a toe curling moments for me.

Emma... Gahhh! I hate her. Yep. You read it right. I use the word hate. You see, I've read so many stupid/annoying/doormat heroines in my reading life but never felt this kind of hatred towards a heroine. I love reading damsel in distress heroines but Emma was beyond annoying! She's selfish, dramatic, constantly whining and everything sets her off. I felt sorry for her but throughout the book I ended up hating her. I was waiting for her to at least redeem herself or something.. like ANYTHING. But heck 60% of the story I was wishing for her to just fuckin' die! In my opinion Emma ruined this book.. seriously. :/ The supporting characters were.. bland. The story wasn't flawless and drag a little bit. It was choppy and most of the time it didn't make sense to me. I wish it had more action, suspense and Carter moments coz really.. the only good thing about this book is him.

Oh just wondering... What do you do when some mafia gang are looking for you?
Ah... you go clubbing and get drunk with friends!

Sorry couldn't help it.. I just find the story a little unbelievable.

Overall it was an okay read.. it was enjoyable but most of the time I was frustrated. I was really looking forward to this book and put up a high expectation but sadly it came up short.

I'm giving this 3 stars and that is mainly because of Carter Reed!

Btw.. if killing one mafia member will get me a Carter Reed.. then fuck it.. I'll be happy to kill one. :D

My Thoughts

Okay, there's a lot of so-so wannabe biker books out there...(trust me I've read so many!) Hell's Knights didn't grab me at first.. it was not gritty like I'm used to but I thoroughly enjoyed this one! The story line is interesting, it's dark and emotional! 

Character wise, I had a hard time liking the heroine (Addison) she's tough but came of a little annoying drama queen. Though I felt sorry for Addison, her past was heartbreaking that half way through the book you couldn't help but give her props for being a strong woman.

“You dirty dance,” he growls, leaning down to my ear. “It’s with me.”
“You kiss,” he snarls. “It’s with me.”
“You get fuckin’ touched, it’s by me.”
“You fuck,” he hisses. “It’s with my fuckin’ cock inside you.”

Cade.. tattooed arms, dark messy hair, green eyes and has piercing on his lips and two in his ear. Cade is a very dominant alpha male, He's your typical dirty mouth possessive guy. I loved the way he demands and so sure of himself. hehe.

There's a lot of sexual tension in this book. I loved all the dirty talks, scorching sex and the little scene with Cade and Britney!

All I can say is if you want a biker story then you will like this one! Probably not the best biker book out there but it has a decent plot, well written and likeable characters.
 

This is a great start for a new series and I can't wait for Spike and Ciara! ^_^

4.5 SO-MANY-ALPHA-MALES-I-CAN'T-SEE-STRAIGHT STARS!

Alpha-caveman heroes, they are my weakness. Jerk? Temperamental? As long as it has some possessiveness on them, I'm a happy woman.

“I fucked up. I’m gonna fuck up. But I wanna try,” he whispers
 

Reid... Scarred, sexy, tall, blonde, blue eyed but he also comes with a lot of baggage. This might put you off but he's temperamental, confusing and frustrating to the point that you just want to strangle him! He goes hot/cold and gives mixed signals. Reid has a lot of flaws and it's either you love him or hate his guts but for some reason, it was hard to remain too angry with him. He does or say something that melts my heart and made me want to crawl all over his body.

“Are you going to kiss me?” I whisper, arrested in his blue gaze.“I don’t think that’s a good idea,” he whispers back, his eyes dropping to my mouth.“Good ideas are overrated,” I say breathily.

Summer... big brown eyes, huge tits, tiny waist and a round ass. To sum this all up our heroine is a stunner. First half of the book, I actually like Summer- she's opinionated, feisty, hard headed but behind this is a vulnerable-weak woman. She doesn't play mind games like some heroines out there. Maybe one thing that I didn't appreciate was she forgives Reid soooo easily. I wanted to see more groveling in his part but hey... I'm not judging here.. I guess if I have Reid as my own begging for my forgiveness, I will probably forgive and forget and do make-up sex all night long!

“I think he’s doing enough fighting for other people, Sum, maybe he needs someone to fight for him,”

The plot might not be original but the twist and secrets made the story more intruiging and enjoyable to read. Everyone was tip toeing around Summer which kinda frustrate me. I didn't know what the hell was going on and I'm not good in guessing so I've been itching to know what was the damn secrets!

When finally everything was revealed.. I was like this...



I'm not disappointed at all but I was hoping it's a big mind blowing thing ya' know? But what I liked in this story is that on each revelation, you discover another new secret that you want to unravel...

“You’re it for me,” he finally says.
“I’m not gonna give up on you, ever.”

I wouldn't say this is the best book ever or that I love everything about it. Because it's not. There were too many characters that I somewhat couldn't keep up. The pacing of the story was way too fast.

“It means I’m sure Reid likes anything you like, or at least pretends to. Hell, if you were mine, I’d play that stupid game, too, just to see you smile.”

There were so many protective alpha males in this story that I couldn't see straight! lol! To be honest, at first I had a hard time remembering all of them to the point that I even wrote down all their names, what they look like etc...by the end of the book, I know them all like the back of my hand! hahaha! 

Reid, Ryan, Xander, Dash, Tag, Silas and Jack OMFGjorkillmenow!!! Don't judge me but I'm interested to know more about Jack!! I know he's old and cheated but I find him so sexy! I want him. O__O

Despite me ranting about the paced and too many characters, I loved all the characters in this book. Even though it's a very fast paced, you can't help but love them all.. well.. except for Mia. I hate that bitch but her presence added some spice in the story.

Reid laughs. “Not as hot as you, baby, trust me.”

Overall I loved it but I'm not in love with it but it's a good start for a great series. I'm a big fan of Chandal Fernando and been stalking her ever since I read Resisting Love series! This author never fail to write some Alpha, possessive cavemen heroes!

I highly recommend this book if you want a quick sexy read with possessive alpha males!!!

Next book is Ryan's story. OMG! Did anyone see that coming?! The manwhore is freaking AFKJIDONTWANTTOPUTANYMORESPOILERYOUHAVETOREADTHEBOOK!!! 
Eeeeek! I'm so excited!!!!

O.M.G! I want me my own VIPER! Sorry but I need to gush how I feel about VIPER! Very possessive, alpha, jerk, protective and sweet in his own way! Yes.. He's an ass and a push over.. but I don't give a shit!I can't help myself but love him! He has some WTF-JERK moments but he did these sweet little small things that I couldn't see straight! The way he get jealous, carries Winter all the time, makes love then afterward cuddles was freaking sweet! (Yes, I'm jealous damn it!)

“You’re mine, regardless of whether you want to be or not.  If you even think of looking at another man, I will kill the motherfucker.  If you try to leave me again, I will lock you in my room.  And if you ever, and I mean ever, tell me you’re not pretty again I will beat your ass until you can’t sit for a week.  Do you understand me?”

I don't want to compare but this is better than Razer's book! Don't get me wrong, I love Razer story but I felt more connection towards Viper. I guess it helped that the story is dual POV. Dialogues are more engaging with much more develop characters. More suspense, action and of course we see the rest of the gang and see their horniness and funny interactions. The panty-steaming sex scenes were nicely done! Viper is very dominant and vocal! He talks soo dirty it made me feel dirty! He's like a fucking sex machine!! The guy could eat... you... for.. hours... LOL!

BTW My mind still boggles about the biker club rules. The friday night were everyone are having a freakin' orgy? And don't get me started with the club rules, when a woman wants to be a member she needs to fuck the original members to get the votes.. Eww. Though I have to admit.. the little sex scene with Viper and Jewel was pretty hot. XD 

OVERALL This is one hella crazy ride! I was hooked, pissed, aroused, happy and frustrated! It's wrong, crazy, gritty, sexy and I can't get enough of these bad ass boys! I'm interested on all the members but I gotta say Knox pierced c*ck got me all curious! :P

Ms. Jamie Begley.. PLEASE give us Shades and Lily!! These little teasers you're giving us are killing me!

About the Author

I was born in a small town in Kentucky. My family began poor, but worked their way to owning a restaurant. My mother was one of the best cooks I have ever known, and she instilled in all her children the value of hard work, and education.

Taking after my mother, I’ve always love to cook, and became pretty good if I do say so myself. I love to experiment and my unfortunate family has suffered through many. They now have learned to steer clear of those dishes. I absolutely love the holidays and my family put up with my zany decorations.

For now, my days are spent at work and I write during the nights and weekends. I have two children who both graduate next year from college. My daughter does my book covers, and my son just tries not to blush when someone asks him about my books.

Currently I am writing three series of books- The Last Riders that is fairly popular, The Dark Souls series, which is not, and The VIP Room, which we will soon see. My favorite book I have written is Soul Of A Woman, which I am hoping to release during the summer of 2014. It took me two years to write, during which I lost my mother, and brother. It’s a book that I truly feel captures the true depths of love a woman can hold for a man. In case you haven’t figured it out yet, I am an emotional writer who wants the readers to feel the emotion of the characters they are reading. Because of this, Teased is probably the hardest thing I have written.

All my books are written for one purpose- the enjoyment others find in them, and the expectations of my fans that inspire me to give it my best. In the near future I hope to take a weekend break and visit Vegas that will hopefully be next summer. Right now I am typing away on Knox’s story and looking forward to the coming holidays. Did I mention I love the holidays?
