ARC BOOK REVIEW: Memories Of Love (novella) by Jenny Schwartz

Memories Of Love by Jenny Schwartz
Genres: Contemporary Romance
Publication Date: Apr 1, 2013
My Rating: ♥♥♥♥
In a style reminiscent of Robyn Carr, an intensely emotional story about taking chances and risking your heart.

When her family home burns down, it’s the final heartbreak for Rita Jorden who has already lost her parents. Her boss, former SAS captain and head of Tamerlane Security, Ivan Novak, steps in, offering her his home and his help. But Ivan has his own demons, and although he’s interested in Rita, there’s darkness in his past that could cause her harm.

Thrown together into a situation that’s too close for comfort, this story can only end in one of two ways: in the destruction of Rita’s dreams of love — or the gift of healing and hope to two damaged survivors.

My Thoughts

 Sweet cover...

This is my first time reading Jenny Schwartz book and I thought this was her debut novel. I checked goodreads, and was surprised to see she already release tons of books. This was a short story that at the end of the page I was craving for more. Love reading a tormented hero. I highly recommend this book if you're in the mood for a good short love story.

I would definitely read some of her other novels.

About the Author
I enjoy reading and writing romance because the genre celebrates the joy of living life passionately--taking risks, embracing wonder, creating your own happy ever after.

Steampunk is my newest love. Such a great way to mis-use my history degree :)
