My Thoughts
The Impact of You is another typical love story that I probably read a hundred times but for some reason it just grabbed me right away! Typical plot but a well written book that kept me turning the pages. It has a lot of sweet and hot scenes that made me unable to put this down. :)
Avery's past was a mystery and to be honest I peeked just to see what was the secret she was keeping. (Yes. I cheated. I was THAT impatient. lol)
Character wise, they were okay. Nothing really special to write off. Both of them are likeable that made the story easy to read. I liked the build up friendship and the sexual tension was all over the book that at one point made me a little angry. It was frustrating every time Avery stop Jase in the middle of doing it. The guy can only take too much rejection woman! LOL.
I also liked Stacia's character.. She's your typical bitch but I think her presence in the book made the story more engaging to read. <3
Overall If you're looking for an easy sexy read then I highly recommend this book!
I have to be honest, I'm not in love with the book but I like it well enough that I devoured this in one sitting.. so 4.5 stars for me!
