Sexy.. Possessive.. Angst... Suspense.. Panty sexy alpha men..

I've seen all the hyped about this book and finally.. hallelujah! I get the chance to read this! A book with five sexy alpha possessive guys? hell yeah.. you can't go wrong with that! Axel just grabbed me from the first page! It was intense from the beginning and I just couldn't look away!

Fate hated me. No, she didn’t hate me…she loathed me.

Axel and Izzy met in high school and were a perfect couple. They were inseparable until Axel decided to join the marines and make something of his life. He's coming back in few months to take her... They had a plans, dreams and future mapped out and ready to roll.. but things in life don't always go as planned, things happen that are beyond their control that they ended up being apart...

Little did I know, the last time I look into these eyes would be when he turns around to wave while walking up the steps to the bus, the bus taking my heart with it.
A heart that never returns to me.

Isabelle (Izzy) is a wounded woman who is gone through so much in the past. Trapped in a violent abusive marriage to Brandon for years. The final beating got intense that she decided that enough is enough.. all she want is freedom. After escaping a bad marriage, she's trying to build a new her life with her friend Dee and Greg. But for the last six months Brandon has been fighting the divorce. She needs protection from someone and she never expected that Axel is the right man to do the job.

I loved reading helpless weak heroine.. call me sadistic but there is just something about them that really excites and triggers my emotions. With that being said- Izzy has been through a lot and I should really feel sorry for her right? sadly... I don't. She's a whinny, ungrateful, crybaby and at one point a total bitch that I ended up not liking her at all. I just couldn't connect with her character and really I'm all into broken heroine and I'm so happy she became strong in the process but dang it Izzy is one hella bitch! Her reactions and dealing with stuff frustrate me to no end!

She was mine.

She will always fucking be mine

Okay enough of me ranting about the heroine. Let's talk about the good part in this story.

Axel. Possessive. Protective. Sexy. Tattooed. Badassed... and Big. Axel is just absolutely perfect!!!
I liked that he's very protective to Izzy and he was willing to do anything.. and I mean anything just to get her back! hate to admit this but Axel and Izzy are perfect for each other!

“Oh, Princess, I can’t think of anything that we should be doing more. You feel that? You feel how fucking hard I am for you? I can feel your warm fucking cunt hugging my dick, even through my goddamn pants, you are on fire for me.”

The love scenes are HOT! It's sexy and explicit! This is one of the reason why I love reading possessive men.. the dirty talks in bed is just freaking orgasmic!

Despite my issue with the heroine, I'm giving this a big 5 stars!! AXEL is a well written story that engaged you from the first page! It just flows right through you and will feel so many emotions while reading this book.

This is one hella debut book and I'm fucking impressed! This is a great start for a new series and I cannot wait for the rest of the guys to get their own book! I'm dying to read Greg or Maddox story! XD
