ARC BOOK REVIEW: Penthouse Suite by Sandra Chastain

Penthouse Suite by Sandra Chastain
Genres: Contemporary Romance
My Rating: ♥♥♥♥
A tight-laced businessman learns to listen to his heart—not just his head—when a free-spirited beauty turns his orderly life upside down.

Sporting only a towel and a startled grimace, hotel owner Max Sorenson isn’t sure what to make of the cheerful, freckle-faced woman who somehow manages to make plumbers coveralls look so unbelievably sexy. Even with a wrench in her hand, it takes him a while to understand that she’s the hotel’s new handyman. Mostly because he can’t take his eyes off those perfect, kissable lips.

Kate Weston came prepared to fix a leak, not start a fire, but Max does funny things to her body. A woman devoted to carefree adventure, she believes in living—and loving—without strings. Max has enough reasons not to get close, his private demons see to that. But what starts as spontaneous combustion quickly begins to feel like much more. Desire proves opposites attract. But will love find a way to keep them together?

My Thoughts

When I requested this in netgalley, I didn't realized this was a republished book. But don't get me wrong, I enjoyed every bit of the story. You see, I've been reading a lot of erotic books lately and felt the need to read something different and refreshing. ^_^

I can't really say anything other than the characters are likeable specially Kate. She's a plumber and can repair any car. She has a strong character here, more so than our hero. lol. I like my hero taking charge of the relationship but in this story it's a bit different.  ^_^

I recommend this if you're in the mood for light fun romance!
