“I don’t think this is a good idea.”
“Bullshit!”
I swallowed hard. “I told you, Dom. I can’t be the wolf you need.”
Fire blazed in his eyes, burning into me.
“You don’t know what I need because you don’t know me, because you won’t get to know me.”
I read the first book in this series and just absolutely fell in love with it. Finally! I think I've been waiting since last year for this book and I hate, hate waiting! lol All I can say is- It was worth the wait.
Sophie is a rogue and Dominick is the future alpha. First day in a new school, Dominick scented his mate. But every time he tries to confront her, she runs away and doesn't want to talk to him. He's confused why she's acting this way. Sophie thinks she wasn't worthy of being a future alpha's mate. Thought he deserved far better than her...
Okay, Sophie... she has a lot of issues. I felt really sorry for her. The way her father treated her.. -sigh- (don't want to give any spoilers) But this is a good book for a short story. It would have been great if it's a longer book because there were a lot of questions left unanswered but other than that, I would recommend this if you're looking for a short, sweet, emotional love story!
Now I'm looking forward for Book 3 and I hope Ms. Lovell will release it soon. ^_^
