My Thoughts
Okay, I'm a big fan of this author, I love The Flesh series, so when I saw this on Netgalley I requested it right away... but too bad I was declined to get an arc copy. lol. So I waited.. and waited... but oh boy! Let me tell you what... it was worth the wait!!
What happened in Vegas, Stays in Vegas right? wrong!
Eve led a sheltered life; She's the "good girl" in the family and everything is about plans and priorities. So when she wakes up and found herself married to a famous rock star, her life went out of control...
Evelyn is a great character, I liked that she's sweet, honest and innocent. She's a little insecure but didn't come off as a weak heroine. Her character was more developed than David and I found myself liking her more and more throughout the book.

David is the lead guitarist for Stage Dive. He's the favorite member who plays guitar and writes the songs.
David has it all- fame, money and women but he's sick and tired of all these shit so off he went to Vegas and met Eve.
I think it's safe to say that David is the sweetest most lickable rock star I've read so far! The guy is almost perfect! He's possessive and has this bad ass character going, but behind this is a gentle, lonely person. He was a jerk at first and I was worried this was going to be once of those typical alpha hero but I was wrong! Yes, he did some shitty things in the beginning but he becomes nice and sweet towards Eve!

Their relationship was not insta-love and I liked the build up relationship between them! The sexual tension was there and I was on the edge every time they are together! The romance was absolutely fantastic that made me all gooey inside! You know when you read and you feel some fluttery in your tummy? Yeah... I got that while reading this book.
Lick is a well written book with likeable characters, humor, romance, tension, sex scenes, angst and drama... gosh I could go on and on but just to make this short I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT LICK!!
This is a great start for a wonderful series and I can't wait for the next book! I wonder who's next?!
