My Thoughts
I was confused all throughout the book, my emotions are on the edge. I don't know if I want to see Olivia with David or Olivia with Bill.
Olivia has it all... a loving husband who love her in spite of everything and a blooming career. She's happy and contented, or so she thought...
When she was with Bill I was like, "why are you doing this to yourself?! follow your heart girl!" but then when she was with David, I was like.. "oh no, no. resist him! you're a married woman!"
Am I team David? or team Bill? lol
It would have been easier if the author made Bill like a douche bag, but nooo. He's nice and sweet. He was almost the perfect husband.. but I guess he's just not the right husband for Olivia...
David on the other hand.. whew! He's hot, smart, all alpha male and just doesn't know how to give up. He was determined to have Olivia. It was hard not to like him and by the end I was rooting for David! He won me over in the last few pages of the book.
I'm not a fan of cheating heroines, but this one has great plot and likeable characters that I were able to finish it in one day.
This one ends with a cliffhanger... and couldn't wait for the next book!
Now I wonder... what if you're in Olivia's situation... will you follow your heart's desire?
